Not so much a dive, as a nice place to have a meal and a drink. Even on a Friday night, it's not super packed (which I like), and it has a wide variety of people, from the professional to the punk rocker. Drinks aren't cheap, but they aren't expensive either. There's an outdoor patio for the warmer weather, and they serve brunch and lunch, as well as dinner.
